Does the AI book hotels by itself?
No. The AI Itinerary Builder drafts itineraries from the suppliers and rates you have loaded. Your team reviews the draft, checks availability and confirms each booking. Nothing is reserved or paid without a person on your desk approving it.
Can we use our own supplier contracts?
Yes, that is the point. Load your contracted hotel rates, seasons, blackout dates, transport tariffs, guide fees and activity prices into the Supplier Book. Every draft and quote is priced from those numbers, not from public rates.
Does it handle group and pilgrimage tours?
Yes. You can quote per person or per group, set room-sharing mixes, add coaches and escorts, and keep a rooming list per departure. Char Dham, Vaishno Devi, Umrah and school-trip style departures all fit the same trip file.
Can B2B agents see our net rates?
Only the rates you choose to show. For each agent or agent group you decide whether they see net, a marked-up price or a commission, and which packages they can book.
Does it work for international trips?
Yes. Quotes can be prepared in INR, USD, AED, EUR and other currencies, with suppliers stored in their own currency. Dubai, Bali, Thailand, Europe and the Maldives are among the common outbound files.
How long does setup take?
Most agencies send their first quote on day one using a few suppliers. Loading a full rate sheet usually takes a week, and we help you import existing spreadsheets.
