Terms of Service
The ground rules for using the platform to plan, quote and run trips for your travellers.
1.Using the service
These terms apply to agencies, tour operators and DMCs who create an account, and to the users they add. By signing up you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of your business.
2.Accounts and users
Each user needs their own login. You are responsible for who you give access to, the roles you assign and for removing users who leave your business.
3.AI drafts are drafts
The AI Itinerary Builder produces draft itineraries from the suppliers and rates you provide. Drafts may contain errors in timings, distances or availability. Your staff must review every draft before quoting, and you remain responsible for what you quote and sell to travellers.
The platform does not book or pay suppliers on its own. Every booking is confirmed by your team.
4.Prices, quotes and travellers
Prices and inclusions shown to travellers become final only after your agency confirms them. You are responsible for your contracts with travellers, suppliers and B2B agents, including refunds, cancellations and consumer law obligations.
5.Travel advisories and documents
Visa, health, insurance and travel advisory reminders shown in the platform are for convenience only and are not official guidance. Travellers and agencies are responsible for checking current requirements with the relevant authorities.
6.Your data
You own the suppliers, rates, quotes, bookings and traveller data you put into the platform. You grant us permission to process it only to provide and support the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.
7.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload data you have no right to use, including supplier contracts you are not party to.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages to travellers through WhatsApp or email.
- Attempt to access other agencies' data or disrupt the platform.
- Resell the service without a written agreement.
8.Agent Portal
When you invite B2B agents, you decide what they can see and book. You are responsible for your commercial terms with them and for the bookings they make in your portal.
9.Plans, billing and free itineraries
Paid plans are billed per user per month or per year in advance. The free start allows 10 itineraries with no time limit. WhatsApp conversation charges from Meta are billed separately at cost. Taxes apply as required by law.
10.Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available at all times and announce planned maintenance in advance. We may improve or change features; if a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we will tell you beforehand.
11.Liability
The service is provided to support your business, not to replace your professional judgement. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for supplier failures, traveller disputes or losses caused by unreviewed AI drafts.
12.Ending the service
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms after notice, except where immediate action is needed to protect travellers or the platform. Export options remain available for 30 days after closure.
13.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
